We adpot the way of mould pressing up and down. The models of tile are beautiful and dignified, the surface layer is smooth and neat,the size is strictly precise to customer's requirement, the density is well distributed and consistent. It can bear weight more than 200kg, even the building worker can walk on that free and relaxed!
2 Convenient Operating
It is easy for you to pave the tiles on the roof.No matter you want to do it set up-right or cross wise. On the roof you don't need the strip of hanging tile, this is only mould pressing tile can do.In order to meet different requirements of our customers, we can also use the cutting machine to cut in any angel for you.
3 No fading coating technology
Our machine is of 150tons model pressing, we adopt imported color coating,and undergo the procedure as follows: 1.Under the pressure of 158kg,we put color on the tiles.2.After 30 minutes, baking at 180~220'C. (It is similar to the coating technology of thin steel plate of car.In the developed countries, the color of the tiles can last for more than 30years.It is as stable as the ceramic or argil tile, but in another point, it owns more diverse colors.
